Brittany, Sarah, and Connor were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were extremely detailed in their cleaning and explained the benefits of the treated water that they use to clean the windows. We highly recommend them and have already rebooked for 2023 (and also included their spider-spraying program for next year).

Denver’s Window Cleaning & SoftWash team was very professional/polite. They came as scheduled and worked quickly. Once complete, they asked me to do a walk around in case I saw any spots that were missed. There were a few smudges that they went back and re-cleaned. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who is interested in having their windows cleaned. They also cleaned our glass patio panels, which I hadn’t even thought of.

After years of putting it off, we finally decided to consider having the outside of our house and garage sprayed for spiders/webs as we had started to see a number of wolf spiders, which we had not had in previous years. We were very impressed with the service we received from the Klassen family. From the initial explanation of services to the incredibly thorough job they did brooming the spider webs, spraying, and washing the windows afterward, he took the time to make sure the job was done well and was very professional and kind throughout. Denver’s Window Cleaning & SoftWash staff cleaned the exterior windows of our home today in Oakbank. We have a walk-out bungalow with a full wall of west-facing windows, so the job was extensive. Connor and Brittney showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and did a wonderful job. I should also mention that the wall of west-side windows have all been treated with “bird alert” dotted film, which requires extra gentle care and attention not to destroy this specialized treatment. Connor made sure the proper equipment was used not only to clean, but also to preserve this application. We are extremely happy with the work done – and the staff, too!
